At All Your Senses.AI, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), your privacy is not an afterthought — it is built into everything we do. All Your Senses is a space for exploration, curiosity, and pleasure. We want every Customer — especially women — to feel completely safe here. That means your personal data, your preferences, and your stories are yours. We do not sell them, and we do not share them beyond what is strictly necessary to run the Service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and what rights you have over it. This Policy applies to your use of the All Your Senses mobile application (the "App") and our website at allyoursenses.ai (the "Site"), collectively referred to as the "Service." By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We collect only what we need to provide you with a great experience. Here is what that includes: Account Information When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, date of birth (for age verification), and login credentials. Gender (optional): We invite Customers to share their gender for statistical and product improvement purposes only. This information is used in aggregate and anonymized form and is never linked to your individual identity or shared with third parties. Usage Data We collect information about how you use the Service, including stories generated, credits consumed, features used, and interaction patterns. This helps us improve the experience for all Customers. Device & Technical Information We collect device type, operating system, language settings, IP address, crash logs, and diagnostic data. This is standard technical data used to keep the Service running smoothly. Payment Information • iOS Customers: Payments are processed exclusively by Apple via In-App Purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription receipts, renewals, and restore purchases. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or billing details. • Android Customers: Payments are processed securely through Stripe via our website checkout. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers. Website & Cookie Data When you visit our website, we may collect cookies and similar tracking technologies. For full details, please see our Cookie Policy at: allyoursenses.ai/cookie-policy Your Story Library Stories you generate are saved to your personal Library within the App so you can access and listen to them at any time. These stories are stored securely and linked to your account solely to provide you this service. The parameters and preferences you select when generating a story (such as characters, tone, and setting) are transmitted to our AI providers solely to produce your output. These inputs are not retained by AI providers or stored in a form linked to your identity beyond what is necessary for the generation process. What We Do Not Collect We do not collect health information. The App has no fields for medical conditions, diagnoses, treatments, or any other health-related data. If health-adjacent information is inadvertently provided to us, we do not use it for any purpose and will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and Service. • Manage your account, subscription, free trial, and credits. • Manage and award credits under our Referral Program, including tracking referral eligibility and confirming qualifying sign-ups. • Enable restore purchases on iOS. • Personalize your experience and content recommendations. • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent fraud. • Communicate with you about account activity, updates, and support. • Send promotional communications, where you have opted in. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service. A note on advertising: We do not currently use Customer data for advertising purposes, and the Service does not currently include advertising. If we introduce advertising features in the future, we will update this Policy, notify Customers in advance, and ensure that any advertising-supported version of the Service is clearly optional.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop. We share limited information only in the following circumstances where strictly necessary to operate the Service.
All Your Senses uses third-party artificial intelligence and technology providers to power story generation and audio production. We want to be transparent about how this works: • We do not share your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information with AI providers. • Story generation inputs are transmitted to AI providers solely to produce your story output. They are not used by those providers to identify you or for any purpose unrelated to the immediate generation of your content. • Our AI providers are contractually bound to handle data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. • We may update or change the AI providers we use as the technology evolves. Any such changes will not affect how your personal data is handled under this Policy.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as required by applicable law. Retention periods vary by data category: some technical and session data is deleted promptly after your session ends, while account information and transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required by law or contract (for example, payment records required under accounting standards). If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law. We use encryption, secure servers, access controls, and other industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your account.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: All Customers • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data. • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. • Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. EU / UK / EEA Customers (GDPR) If you reside in a jurisdiction where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the following additional provisions apply to you. Lawful Bases for Processing: • Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the Service you have subscribed to, including managing your account, credits, and subscription. • Legal obligation: processing required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Legitimate interests: processing for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, service improvement, and communications about the Service — where these interests are not overridden by your privacy rights. • Consent: where we ask for your specific consent (for example, for optional marketing communications or optional gender disclosure). You may withdraw consent at any time. Your GDPR Rights (in addition to the above): • Restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data. • Receive your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format (data portability). • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA) at any time. • Where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You do not need to opt out of something we do not do. • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. Authorized Agents: California residents may submit CCPA rights requests through an authorized agent. The agent must provide written proof of authorization, and we may still require verification of the identity of the Customer whose data is at issue. How to Exercise Your Rights & Verification To exercise any of the rights described in this section, please contact us at: contact@allyoursenses.ai Your request must include sufficient information to identify you (such as your name and the email address associated with your account). Please do not include sensitive information such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information in your request. We verify requests by confirming the source and matching the information provided to our records. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information or, if verification remains impossible, we may be unable to fulfill the request. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
All Your Senses is made for adults. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@allyoursenses.ai and we will take immediate action.
All Your Senses is based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions with data protection laws that differ from those of the United States, please be aware that we transfer data internationally. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adopted July 2023) and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, as the legal mechanisms for such transfers. These safeguards ensure your data is protected to a standard equivalent to GDPR requirements regardless of where it is processed.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy applies only to All Your Senses. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party sites or services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before engaging with them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App, via email (if provided), or by posting a notice on our website, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
